Services the
following rates and costs apply:
For the annual management and administrative
services, which include provision of
a registered office, a Nominee Company
Director and a Nominee Company Secretary,
together with the services mentioned on
our Management
Services page,
and basic secretarial services such as
mail forwarding, invoicing, account management,
ITOS charges the following rates:
(i) Registered Address and basic Secretarial

(iii) Nominee Shareholder € 300 p/a

All other services can be tailor-made to specific needs and requirements and
will be available upon request. For Additional
Services ,
discounted rates will apply and are available upon request.
Costs may vary as the legislation regarding
International Business Companies may vary. All incorporation costs, stamp duties,
etc are passed on to the Client on a cost only basis; numbers are therefore
